Interior design with Living Spaces

As I've mentioned before, our home remodel was nothing short of a 3 year adventure in patience, money management and, by the end, sheer will. Living in our house for the last 16 months has brought a second wave trying to make it a home. We teamed up with Living Spaces and with the help of our incredible designer friend Wayne Hueners (@_wayneframe_), we created something I'm so happy with. Elegant, yet comfortable and suitable for young kids and dogs. (No small feat!) Some before and after pics below -- read all about it on the Living...

Home Design with Martha & Ash

When we were in the beginning stages of building our dream home three years ago, I knew I wanted big windows in every room. I love natural light and living in the hills, wanted to make the most of the views. What I didn't take into account was the practicality of living in a fishbowl. We now had an obscene amount of windows to find treatments for, lest the entire neighborhood see us naked. I was also waking up at the ripe hour of 5:30am as soon as the first sliver of light started to shine...

Brown paper packages tied up with strings… these are a few of my favorite things!

I loooooove products. Who doesn't? I have a bathroom vanity full of them and my husband is constantly mystified by my "hoarding" habit for all things beauty. I contend I need these things and truthfully, there isn't a new product I would kick out of bed. Mac & Mia – ultimate style for kids!

I've mentioned how much help I need in the styling department. I have no time to shop and when I have tried on the past, let's be honest, Georgia is not really "into" the mall yet. It's a struggle keeping her entertained in a stroller while trying to do anything productive and I usually wind up stressed out, having wasted several hours of the day and find myself in the food court, eating my feelings in Wetzel Pretzel while she runs around on the verge of a meltdown. I love to dress Georgia up but I...

Levis Forever

I'm loving the Levis trend that has returned. Considering I never really stopped wearing mine, I guess some old things are just new again (like me?) Maybe I'm nostalgic or maybe I'm forever stuck in the '90s but there's nothing like the hug and form of these jeans when they really break in. These 501s are high waisted and distressed. They're awesome for everyday but also dress up pretty well with some cute platforms or wedges. My shoes are by Pour la Victoire (obsessed with everything on their website!). And while I looooove my diaper bag...
